Salon Retail Pty Ltd strives to fulfil orders as soon as possible. All items are normally dispatched within 1-3 working day of placing your order.

Once an order is dispatched, it may take between 1-5 working days for delivery. Orders are not always dispatched on the day of ordering.

Orders over R500 are free, shipping for orders under R500 will be charged at R99 per shipment.

Deliveries made to extremely remote areas may incur a delivery charge.

Orders are delivered via RAM Couriers, Skynet, The Courier Guy, and Pudo, and can be tracked on their respective websites.

For hygiene reasons, items can only be returned if they are unopened, unused and in re-saleable condition with all tamper resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and unopened.

Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving them. The goods remain your responsibility until they are received and signed for by us. All goods returned will incur a 15% handling fee.

Shipping during Black Friday may take longer than normal due to high volumes. Please allow an extra 2-3 working days for delivery.
