General Return Guidelines

At Salon Retail, we are committed to ensuring our clients are satisfied with their purchases. Please review the following guidelines regarding returns and exchanges:

• All items must be returned within 7 days of receiving them.
• The goods remain your responsibility until they are received and signed for by us.
• All goods returned will incur a 15% handling fee.

Eligibility for Returns

For hygiene reasons, items can only be returned if they are:

• Unopened and unused
• In re-saleable condition
• With all tamper-resistant seals, original packaging, and any cellophane intact and unopened

Note: Items purchased on sale or at a discount may not be returned.

Personal Care Products

All personal care products may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 7 days of the purchase date provided that:

• The products are in their original packaging, including cellophane wrap, tamper-proof seals, lids, and any accompanying accessories.
• The products are unused and in re-saleable condition.
• No price stickers or labels have been removed.

Product Expectations and Supplier Assistance

If any personal care product does not meet your expectations for any reason whatsoever, it may be returned to the supplier. A toll-free number will be provided to assist you with any unsatisfactory product. Please note that Salon Retail does not accept liability for any product that does not meet your expectations, regardless of the purchase date, as our suppliers have undertaken to assist with the accurate replacement of any such product.

Non-Returnable Items

• For hygiene reasons, brushes may not be refunded or exchanged, unless they are defective.
