Where do you deliver?

We deliver to all areas across South Africa.

How will I know if my order went through?

As soon as you place your order, we’ll send you a confirmation email or text to the details you provided at checkout.

If you don’t receive one, please double-check that your email address or number was entered correctly and also check your spam/junk folder.

If we require any extra details to complete your order, we’ll reach out via email, phone, or text. Otherwise, your order will be processed and dispatched as quickly as possible.

How will I know when my order has been shipped?

Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll notify you with a shipment confirmation email or text. If you don’t see it, remember to check your spam/junk folder.

How can I track my orders or view past purchases?

Simply log in to your account and visit the My Account section to view your current order status and your full purchase history.
